Standard equipment
- AISI 316 18/10 stainless steel top lid, 40–120 cm diameter, in two versions: central bung with filling funnel, or Ø 22 cm vent pipe with double-acting overpressure valve.
- Outward-opening stainless steel door near or level with the vat base.
- Partial-drain stainless steel valve and complete-drain assembly with the required measuring valve and connection.
- Temperature-conditioning assembly with mirror-polished stainless steel plates sized for the vat.
- Digital or mechanical thermometer and approved ladder support.
- Wooden supports keeping the vat 30 cm above the floor.
