Processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679

This Privacy Policy describes which categories of your personal data we process, how and why we collect them, when personal data may be transferred, and the rights and options available to you. It also describes how personal data are processed when we manage customer relationships.

1. Data protection principles

• We collect personal data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes (see section 3).
• Personal data are not further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes.
• If information you provided is updated, your consent remains valid until you notify TM INOX otherwise.
• Personal data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently.
• Personal data are kept confidential and stored securely.
• Personal information is shared with third parties only where necessary for the purposes described in section 3.
• You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data, object to processing, request restrictions and exercise your right to data portability.

2. Personal data and how they are collected

We may collect information that directly or indirectly identifies you, including your first and last name, email address, postal address, mobile or landline telephone number and similar contact information required for order processing or other purposes related to our relationship with you.

3. Purposes of processing personal data

• Communicating with customers about order confirmation, dispatch, invoicing, cancellations and resolving problems relating to an order or goods purchased from TMINOX.COM.RO.
• Sending samples, informational materials or promotional materials by post or courier.
• Sending newsletters, periodic notifications, product information, feedback forms and similar company communications by email or SMS where applicable.
• Complying with legal obligations.

Important: Where necessary for these purposes (for example, delivery, card payment processing or dispatching promotional materials), TM INOX may provide personal information to partner companies under confidentiality obligations. Such partners may include couriers, marketing providers, payment and banking services, IT service providers and similar organisations. Please contact office@tminox.com.ro if you do not agree to disclosure of your information to these partners.

Personal information may also be provided to competent prosecutors, police, courts or other public authorities where required or permitted by law, following an appropriate request.

4. Use of personal data

We use personal data only for the purposes for which they were collected and retain them only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in section 3.

5. Security of processing

We take technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure and unauthorised access, especially during transmission over networks, as well as from other unlawful processing. 6. Access, rectification and deletion of personal data

You have the right to request access, correction, portability, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data. Please let us know about changes or inaccuracies so that your data remain up to date.

Consent remains valid until you withdraw it. Once you communicate your objection in writing, the relevant personal data will no longer be processed and appropriate steps will be taken to delete the records as applicable. You may withdraw consent free of charge using the unsubscribe link in an email from TM INOX or by writing to office@tminox.com.ro.

To review or change your personal information, request information about its processing, or raise concerns, contact office@tminox.com.ro. You have rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including the rights to information, access, correction, erasure and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.

To meet our security obligations and prevent unauthorised disclosure, we may ask you to prove your identity using a copy of a valid identity document. We will consider requests and complaints and reply in due course. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

7. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our processing practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on the company's website.
