We offer a wide range of products for the food industry. Do not hesitate to contact us if you cannot find a specific product.
History, traditions and modernization – wine combines these aspects and we create the most suitable environment for its production and storage.
Our stainless steel beer tanks are designed with special features to make every step of the brewing process easier. From fermentation, maturation and sedimentation to carbonation and serving.
The food industry is constantly developing and always requires new technologies. We aim to create solutions for cleaner, safer and more reliable food and beverage production.
Equipment in the chemical industry is exposed to extreme conditions. Solutions in this field must be a combination of a high level of safety and durability key factors on which we put all our efforts and knowledge.
All our equipment is manufactured using only high quality stainless steel materials. Products are rigorously tested to ensure quality standards.
The vacuum filters sold by TM INOX are built to filter a wide range of products from the wine industry and beyond, pharmaceutical and chemical. Filtration is continuous thanks to the exhaust system with a scraper at each rotation. The separate extraction of the liquid from the air avoids foaming and contamination of the product. Thus, the production of common vacuum in all segments of the drum ensures an increased capacity.
The word flotation comes from the English language and means to swim, to float, to rise to the surface. The closer meaning is: the solid particles from the grape float in the must rising to the surface, thus a clear separation of the sediment from the clear liquid can be obtained. The clarification process is based on the introduction of small bubbles of liquefied gas, they attach to the suspended solids in the must and lift them to the surface. The solid particles stay up there, forming a solid layer. This layer can be continuously removed from the surface or the clear liquid can be extracted by absorbing it at the bottom through the total emptying pipe of the container. Clarification by flotation has long been a common procedure for treating waste water. In recent years, it has been used more intensively in the preliminary deburring of the must. Today it can be used as a confirmed process for improving wine quality. **Flotation advantages:** - low investment - less or no maintenance costs - a simple mechanism and therefore less prone to failure - rapid processing of wine - a very high degree of clarification - phenol reduction - clarifying the must of white wine and tomatoes
Tube-in-tube models used for cooling crushed grains, must or must. In the version with a grater, they are used for cooling the wine during stabilization, or in the models with plates - for cooling/heating different products. Multitubular models - used in the milk industry, essential oils, as well as in the wine industry. The exchangers are calculated at the temperature of the agent +12o/+7oC, the temperature of the environment +35oC
It is a special equipment intended for keeping wine in the best conditions. They can be in different forms: on legs, on the foundation, rectangular or with a floating cover. They are suitable for large spaces and smaller areas, narrow basements and cellars. The inner surface is polished and easy to clean. The bottom of the tank is conical or has an inclined slope that allows easy removal of residues. Multiple options for arranging (stacking) one by one and for transport by forklift complement the practicality of these tanks. They can also be produced with a cooling jacket for temperature control.
TM INOX has the possibility to develop and produce individualized equipment for each individual customer. Tanks on the foundation are some of them. They are especially large and can be both on an individual metal foundation and on a concrete foundation. They are ideal for wineries with high production capacity.
It offers all the necessary conditions for the winemaking process and obtaining red wines. It is designed with a mechanical system of unloading the cob and with a fully automatic control system of all technological processes.
Equipped with an additional sieve at the bottom of the tank, it becomes an elegant solution for your wine cellar. It is used to obtain higher quality wines due to the lack of mechanical action on the must.
To be able to satisfy the fine taste of the oenologist, we combine the already well-known advantages of stainless steel with the incomparable qualities of specially selected oak. The VOC winemaker is designed for the maximum extraction of the desired compounds from the grapes along with the ennobling of the must through the nuances of oak. Temperature control and the ability to spray and dip the "cap" allows the technologist full control over the process.
Stainless steel tanks (INOX AISI 304) with floating lid for fermentation and storage, with the BIGGEST plate thickness on the market. The tanks are created especially for small wine producers and traders. Their floating lid is equipped with a food grade silicone seal and can be placed at any level inside the vessel thus protecting the wine from oxidation. The tank is also equipped with a dust and dirt protection cover. For using the tank as a fermentation vessel we can provide heat exchangers for cooling/heating the wort, thermometer for temperature control, as well as level indicators. The "hat" can also be submerged by providing a perforated floating cap.
Over a decade, TmInox has carried out assembly, commissioning and maintenance automation projects. Paying maximum attention to detail and ensuring the highest quality for each client.
Our quality department is led by IWE, EWE certified welding engineers and educated and certified specialists. We work daily to improve our efficiency in all aspects of our business.
TM INOX owns a coiling line that offers automatic coiling, flattening, cutting and foiling of standard and non-standard sheets up to 6 m long. We can adapt sheets up to 12m with manual feeding. The automatic rewind function increases the productivity and accuracy of sheet handling processes. The maximum sheet width of 1500 mm and maximum sheet thickness of 3 mm is ideal for various applications.
With precision, speed and versatility, laser technology allows us to cut and engrave complex shapes and produce large volumes of components efficiently. Laser cutting and engraving is also environmentally friendly, producing minimal waste and avoiding harsh chemicals or solvents. Incorporating laser technology into our manufacturing processes has improved our efficiency, reduced errors and provided our customers with high quality products.
Our automatic welding machines, including longitudinal and orbital welding machines, enable us to efficiently and accurately complete projects with sheets up to 15 mm thick and diameters between 15 mm and 273 mm. By reducing the risk of welder injury and increasing efficiency, we can provide high quality stainless steel products that meet standards of precision and consistency.
We owe customer satisfaction through our passion for mechanical engineering and our personalized and efficient service. Our team represents quality.
